As soon as capacity goes back to 75% - 100% Broadway will be fully opened, big hot restaurants & events will be going on and guess what, any company that is waiting on the sidelines with their thumb in their mouth, hanging out on zoom on a regular basis will be left behind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the day the vaccine is here, people want to be around other people, they always have, they always will. And clients will want to be wined and dined at Knicks, Yankees, Mets, Nets games, galas, concerts etc. The capacity issue is why everyone has been pushed on zoom. It doesn't matter if your employees are more happy on zoom. Their happiness is significantly less relevant than the needs of your prospective clientele. You can always find new employees, but it's always about the clients. Vaccinated clients will want to be at these event and forward thinking companies will be glad to cut off work from home and reside solely in the area where their clients live and play. Work from home will end when capacity goes back to 75% -100%

I think you are right to a certain extent. The other side of this is people will be fired. You just don't need the support staff and managerial folks that working in an office requires.
